friendly staff super clean room great selection excellent communication

i found the staff very friendly and helpful (they really went the extra mile). the room was super clean and comfortable. i especially enjoyed the breakfast, there was a great selection available. the communication was excellent.

the air conditioning did not seem to fully solve the problem of bad air in the room.

the staff was really good ( stood out). the receptionist at both check-in and check-out was kind. the room was comfortable and every detail felt right.

The breakfast was excellent, it had a wide variety of options. I also like the staff, they was friendly and helpful in many situations.

The location seems a bit misleading. I thought it was in Whitechapel but it's more in tower hamlets. the dinner menu had poor choices and the quality was dreadful.

adequate stay with issues

the breakfast was acceptable, with several choices available.

The lack of drinking water in the room was frustrating, especially after paying a significant amount for the stay. I expected this basic amenity to be provided. furthermore, the noise from outside kept me up several nights. the staff didn't seem particularly concerned when i mentioned it at the front desk.
